A month before Windows 8.1 shipped to OEMs, Microsoft has revealed the first condition that must be met for certification of new hardware. Announced at the Worldwide Partner Conference, this new requirement as well as Bluetooth support on all devices including WiFi, 720p front camera in all systems with an integrated screen, as well as the higher specification for audio.
Some new certification desired by Microsoft for Windows 8.1 device you can see in the list below. To note, this new certification must be met in the years 2014 and 2015.
